Noah Fontanez, Founder

Noah Fontanez is an accomplished attorney practicing in Tulsa and throughout Oklahoma. Noah has a diverse legal background that includes business law, estate planning and probate, family law and divorce, oil and gas rights, personal injury, and landlord- tenant law, including evictions.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Noah served for over five years as a United States Marine Corps Officer. After taking a brief hiatus from his military career to attend the University of Tulsa College of Law, Noah practiced for six years as a lawyer in the Army’s Judge Advocate General Corps (JAG).

Noah continues to serve our country as a lawyer in the United States Army Reserves. Following his active duty tour, he began his civilian career as in- house counsel to one of the largest independent oil and gas exploration companies in the United States.

Throughout his experiences in both the Army and as in-house counsel, Noah has handled a wide variety of complex legal matters. While serving in the Army, such matters included intelligence law, contracts, estate planning, military justice, administrative law, consumer law, labor, and federal ethics law. As an in-house oil and gas attorney, in addition to routine employment matters, Noah’s primary role involved negotiating, drafting, revising, and reviewing oil and gas leases, joint operating agreements, seismic agreements, farmout agreements, software licenses, and various other unique contracts related to oil and gas exploration and production.

Personal life experiences have taught me that at various times in their lives, all people need an advocate who is willing to work for them and fight for their rights.  I became an attorney so that I could be an advocate for those who need someone on their side.  It is always my goal to listen to my client’s needs, and provide effective legal assistance with a positive outlook for the future.

I began my legal career as an attorney in Ohio in 2002 and relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2010.
