Jessica has developed her career around providing advice and counsel on all aspects of business litigation, arbitration, mediation, and administrative charges.  She is proactive and relentless in the pursuit for her client’s optimal legal solution. Jessica is skilled at collaborating with cross-functional partners on complex projects to sustain and enhance legal compliance nationwide.

Jessica's Background

Jessica graduated with highest distinction from the University of Kansas earning a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies with an emphasis on East Asian Culture and Japanese language—including studying in the beautiful country of Japan. Before graduating, Jessica’s Honors Thesis was published at the University of Kansas:  Women’s Role in China’s Economy: A History of Contradiction in Traditional and Ideological Expectations of Women.  She was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, and Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society.

Thereafter, Jessica attended the University of Tulsa College of Law and the University College London to earn her degree.  Prior to graduating with honors, Jessica worked for a human rights law firm, Fair Trials (formally, Fair Trials Abroad) and expanded both her language and international law skills.  During the next twenty years, Jessica’s practice focused on protecting business interests and litigation, as well as helping clients in the areas of property law, health law, aviation law, personal injury, estate planning and probate.  Jessica has also taught Business Law at the University of Tulsa College of Business (Adjunct) and at the University of Tulsa College of Law (Faculty Professor).  At the Law School, Jessica taught several levels of legal writing and appellate advocacy.

Jessica’s Personal Life

In her free time, Jessica loves listening to singer/songwriter music, playing the piano, cooking with and for good friends, and laughing at witty jokes with her husband and two teenage boys.
